RETURNS 

TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURNS PAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. RETURNS FOR FULL REFUNDS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. A RETURN LABEL WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU TO INCLUDE ON YOUR BOX. 

 NOTE THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS ONLINE IF PURCHASED FROM ANY OF OUR RETAIL STORE PARTNERS. IF YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE THROUGH A PARTNERED RETAIL LOCATION, SUCH AS A DEPARTMENT STORE, THEN ANY RETURN WILL NEED TO BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE RELEVANT RETAILER.

PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURNS PAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. A FREE RETURN LABEL WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU TO INCLUDE ON YOUR BOX.

WE WILL SEND OUT THE NEW SHIPMENT AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURN OF YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM. 

WHEN SENDING IN YOUR ITEM 

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING LABEL / RECEIPT INSIDE OF THE BOX.

PACKAGE YOUR RETURN ITEM IN PHOTOGENICS + CO PACKAGING OR IN A WELL-PADDED BOX WITH EITHER PEANUTS OR BUBBLE WRAP TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED, WITH AUTHENTIC LABELS AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF GOODS RETURNED ARE NOT IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, WE MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. PHOTOGENICS + CO  WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED GOODS.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU RECEIVE PROOF OF POSTAGE OR DELIVERY. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARCEL ONLY ONCE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US. ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WILL NOT BE TREATED AS RETURNED, AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. CUSTOMERS WISHING TO RETURN FRAGRANCE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE REGARD TO ANY LABELLING AND PACKAGING GUIDELINES PRODUCED BY YOUR ZONE'S POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY OTHER COURIER THAT IS USED.

ONCE RECEIVED

ALL RETURNED GOODS WILL BE EXAMINED UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A FULL REFUND IF THE GOODS SHOW SIGNS OF UNREASONABLE USE. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA E-MAIL THAT A REDUCED REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE AVAILABLE, OR YOU CAN CHOOSE TO ARRANGE FOR SUCH GOODS TO BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHIN 28 DAYS OF OUR NOTIFICATION.

YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS (INCLUDING THE INITIAL STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE, BUT NOT THE ADDITIONAL COST OF ANY PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTION THAT WAS CHOSEN) WILL BE REFUNDED BY PHOTOGENICS + CO  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS (PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE RETURNED THE GOODS TO US WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY TO YOU OR YOU NOTIFYING US OF CANCELLATION).
