Terms & Conditions

Photogenics + Co  products are available on the photogenicsandco.com website and on the websites of authorized partner retail shops, fashion concept stores, and high end department stores. 

Delivery is still in operation for online orders. Our warehouse partner is operating in line with Government protocols and the health safety rules. 

Due to reduced workforces and social distancing, we ask for you to expect longer order processing and delivery times than what we would normally like to offer to our customers. Please allow at least 5 business day(s) for processing before your package is shipped. Currently, the option of expedited shipping is taking longer than expected. 

Inquiries pertaining to delivery lead times or order tracking can be directed to sales@photogenicsandco.com  

Our warehouse providers comply with safety guidelines to ensure the protection of our employees and customers. 

Once we receive your order, Photogenics + Co will email your order number to you. Please be sure to include this order number in your inquiry, if applicable. You can contact our customer service team at sales@photogenicsandco.com in regards to your inquiry.

You will receive an automated email from Photogenics + Co once your order has been shipped out with your tracking number. 

Photogenicsandco.com ships domestically & internationally. Please note that we are not able to deliver shipment to P.O boxes, military states or certain regions, countries or territories. For international shipping please check with us prior.

photogenicsandco.com offers different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries.

Standard shipping over 100.00 is free in the US for all orders.

Fees for other shipping methods are calculated during checkout. 

Unfortunately, any shipping charges that were incurred with your original order are non-refundable. 

 

Returns

To return an item, please include your order number on your return shipment. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser and we recommend sending your return via a tracked/insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss or theft. Photogenics + Co  will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

You may cancel your order within 14 days from delivery and obtain a refund provided product is in good condition and can be returned to inventory. Note that it is not possible to return items purchased online from any of our retail store partners. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. 

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not, below are the steps to return a product.

Step 1

Simply email us with your order number and reason for your return. If damaged we will need you to send photographs of the damage.

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return due to health reasons.

Step 2

When you receive a confirmation from our team you will need to ship the product back to us. Please make sure we have a copy of your order, with order number, and all packaging is included. We do not pay for return shipping. 

Step 3

Package your return item in Photogenics + co packaging or in a well-padded box with either peanuts or bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit.

Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by your zone's postal service or any other courier that is used.

Step 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you via e-mail that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Step 5

Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) will be refunded by Photogenics + Co  as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation).
